OneSight is a non-profit organization committed to curing the world of the vision care crisis. With sustainable and charitable solutions, they have the answer, they just don’t (yet) have the awareness or necessary support. And prior to redevelopment of their digital ecosystem, they had a dated website—difficult to navigate and doing little to introduce the organization’s sight-giving mission to new supporters.
Insights lead to a strategic promise for the design and development to deliver on. All principles of user experience flowed from this promise: “That feeling you had when you finished reading your favorite novel.” …Like a reader drawn into a good book and compelled to keep reading. A promise to captivate users from the first sentence and keep them reading, turning pages until they became one with the story.
