Tibor Nemeth, a Winston-Salem, NC-based photographer, prides himself on capturing powerfully raw, honest humanity in all of his subjects whether he is on location or in the studio. His work reinforces that our fundamental needs, emotions, and desires transcend race, geography, and culture. That's a lot to communicate for one promo mailer.
By creating a dual-sided magazine, Human Being/Being Human, we were able to use two very different bodies of work—children shot on location in Rwanda and women modeling fitness wear in studio—to show off Tibor’s craft. Through parallel captions, we communicate the conceptual message that these two series aren’t so different after all.
“Life is good and work has started cranking so it has to be our promo!” – Tibor Nemeth
