Truth Collective is seeking an Office Coordinator who is ambitious and enjoys multi-tasking. We value those who roll up their sleeves to do whatever needs to be done and can even figure out what that is on their own. This position is the oil for a well-tuned machine. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Functions as a concierge to the visitors, clients, and business associates of Truth Collective, ensuring our culture and professionalism are experienced by all.
Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
Sorts and distributes mail. Coordinates shipping of materials as needed.
Schedules and organizes activities such as client meetings, travel, conferences, company events and team activities including catering, supplies and décor required.
Maintains and updates filing system for the creative, and accounting departments. Retrieves information from files when needed. Establishes, develops, maintains and updates library of trade journals and magazines.
Provides other administrative support to the team as needed.
Administrative support for partners including scheduling, preparing documents, and general support as needed.
Maintains office supply inventory and coordinates delivery of furnishings and equipment purchased.
Coordinates office equipment maintenance and repair when needed.
Maintains office environment including preparing conference rooms for guests, keeping kitchen and bathrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
Shops for commonly stocked food and beverages in the kitchen. Researches the best cost alternatives and makes recommendations to Director of Finance.
Ensures office is ready to go at 8:30 am daily.
Interfaces with property manager for maintenance requests..

Position reports to Director of Finance/HR with visibility to agency Partners.
Great space, even better people, and occasionally a dog or two. We keep it casual but professional, and work inside standard business hours except when projects demand that extra push. Then we push.
